No-bake Mango Mousse Tart

What do we need?
Crust:
1 1/2 cup oat flour
Coconut oil
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp honey
Filling:
400 gr mango
1 1/2 evaporated milk
1 tbsp honey
14 gr unflavoured gelatine
1 tsp curcumin powder
Let's do it!
Mix well all the ingredients for your crust and transfer it to your pan. Press firmly using your hand or a spoon. Take it to the oven for 12’ at 350F or 370C to give it a crunchier texture or just put it on your fridge.
Blend mango+milk on your blender, once it’s combined use a saucepan. Pour the filling add the rest of ingredients detailed above for the filling, continue stirring until it boils. Put aside.
Once it’s warm pour it over your base let it cool completely and take it to your fridge for 2 hours.
I decorated the tart with strawberries but it's totally up to you.
