Easiest Christmas Bubble Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Boba Tea

  • 1/2 can Evaporated Milk

  • 1 tbsp Matcha Powder

  • 1 cup Strawberries

  • 1 tsp Honey or any Sweetener

  • Ice


Let's do it!

  1. Boil Boba pearls according to what says in the package, which is normally 10-15 min. Once the time has passed drain it and set aside.

  2. Wash the Strawberries and pour them in a pan, cook them for about 5-7min in a low heat. Once they are pretty soft mash them or use your blender to form a puree and set aside.

  3. In a glass pour half of your Bobas, add half of your Strawberry's puree. Pour ice until the glass is full of it. Now is time to make the second layer, use a spoon to make sure we can see those beautiful layers. Pour half the Evaporated Milk until 2/3 of the glass is full. Finally, add the Matcha tea previously disolved in water.

  4. To decorate I used Whipping Cream and made the glass ring with icing and Candy Cane.

  5. Enjoy!
